You will be part of a young and dynamic team and together you will be responsible for payroll processing and personnel administration of clients located in more than 140 countries.

As Payroll Officer, you will be responsible for the following tasks :
Salary payment (holidays, sickness, benefits, signage, end-of-year bonuses, holiday pay, etc.).
Preparation of social documents, follow-up of correspondence, production of reports for management, insurance follow-up, etc.
Drafting of employment contracts and their amendments and administrative follow-up
Management of staff movements (calculation of notice periods, letters of termination, calculations and exit documents, etc.
and requests for career interruptions
Contact point for social legislation
Participation in hard HR projects and continuous improvement of internal procedures
You are constantly updating your knowledge on all aspects of social and tax legislation.
Ideal Payroll Officer profile :
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or equivalent by experience
Minimum 4 years experience in the payroll
Excellent knowledge of social legislation
Excellent knowledge of Prisma
Excellent knowledge of English and French
Organisational skills and stress management
Customer-oriented (internal) and solution-oriented
