The Medical Representative manages an assigned territory : Promote our portfolio by visiting and building relationships with HCPs, analyze the business, create and execute appropriate strategy to reach sales goals and share insights from the market.
He is an ambassador of Sandoz acting as medical partner to HCPs and engages in different educational and scientific events.
Promote our portfolio by visiting and building relationships with general practitioners and specialists
Analyze the business to build and execute a strategy and action plans to meet sales goals for assigned territory
Drive territory sales performance, market share, sales force effectiveness
Optimal utilization of resource (sponsorships)
Develop effective professional business relationships with customers that support delivery of business results across a range of therapeutic areas.
Differentiate Sandoz as a leader in generic medicines by visiting GPs and specialists
Understand and highlight trends, share insights, study and watch competition
As a part of the regional strategy, engage in the organization of speaker events and sponsorships
Participate in educational and scientific events towards HCPs
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Science, Business or related field
A minimum of 3 to 5 years of sales experience in pharmaceutical industry is an advantage
Fluent in Dutch & English
Proven record of good performance
Good interpersonal and negotiation skills
Quick understanding of software / CRM programs
