People Management of a Team of 15 people including :

  • Act as a leader who motivates and develops a team of 15 people composed of Assistants, receptionists and facility assistant
  • Make sure to deliver an excellent service to external as well as internal customer
  • Coordinate, allocate and delegate the workload
  • Ad hoc projects related to Facility, Office Management and Real Estate Strategy

    The ideal Office Manager has :

  • Proven experience of at least 5 years as a Manager, preferably in an Office or Facility Manager
  • Leadership skills
  • Project Management experience
  • Influencing capacity
  • Excellent command of Dutch and English
  • French is a nice to have
