Monitoring and responding to all social media feeds and user-related support tickets in Zendesk;
Experience in managing all CS aspect of Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and SproutSocial is a big plus;
Provide prompt, accurate, and courteous responses to users; can be both creative and analytical problem solving;
Documenting and communicating / reporting all issues to the appropriate teams / departments;
Provide appropriate responses and solutions to users.
Willing to work EST (preferred) or PST hours;
Excellent customer service skills - communicate correctly and clearly with users, maintaining focus on issues in a fast-paced environment, clearly understand and state the issues / needs users present;
Ability to follow through with user issues to resolution;
Ability to empathize with and prioritize user needs;
Excellent documentation skills - ownership of and prioritize user issues;
Familiarity with Gmail, Zendesk, SproutSocial, Confluence / Jira, and popular social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
Bonus if familiar with social media management platforms such as SproutSocial;
Knowledge of financial markets, data, and CoinMarketCap’s products / services. Bonus if familiar with cryptocurrency or CoinMarketCap;
Demonstrates an ability to successfully navigate through CoinMarketCap and its products / services;
Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently;
Ability to successfully adapt to changes in a multi-tasking and high-energy work environment.
