We are looking for an experienced candidate who will bring a spirit and willingness to get involved in making our strategy and company priorities a reality.

Based in Belgium, you will be working hands-on with a dedicated and high-performing team with vast amount of experience.

You will have a unique opportunity to make an impact, expand your knowledge and expertise in a wide range of activities within the Rewards area - and directly contribute to the future direction of SWIFT.

What to expect

Full ownership of global compensation.

Establishing and administering salaryranges, midpoints, incentives, warrants, job evaluations, salary surveys process - from entry-level roles to executive compensation.

Responsible for pensions global; from design and distribution to control and compliance.

Developing and implementing our global Benefit & Rewards strategy, as part of total rewards but allowing the execution to remain within the regions; Americas, EMEA, APAC.

Conduct administration for internal mobility : short and long-term international assignments, including immigration, compliance, tax and vendor management

Interact with our colleagues in Finance & HR; this role is a binding agent across multiple business areas and throughout HR.

What will make you successful?

10 to 15 years of experience in rewards and benefits

A can-do attitude, ability to always roll up your sleeves’ and get involved

Adaptability and responsiveness to change

Take accountability for delivering results

Strong English communication skills (both written and oral)

University degree or equivalent work experience
