What to expect Full ownership of global compensation. Establishing and administering salaryranges, midpoints, incentives, warrants, job evaluations, salary surveys process - from entry-level roles to executive compensation.
this role is a binding agent across multiple business areas and throughout HR. What will make you successful? 10 to 15 years of experience in rewards and benefits A can-do attitude, ability to always roll up your sleeves’ and get involved Adaptability and responsiveness to change Take accountability for delivering results Strong English communication skills (both written and oral) University degree or equivalent work experience What we offer We offer a competitive salary and a generous range of benefits.
