We are looking for a solid and energetic+ Business Relationship Owner : Own the Executive / C-Level business relationship and envision the overall strategic partnership with the Customer+ Business Digital Transformation Strategy Leader and Business Development Master : Drive the jointly agreed Digital Transformation business strategy and deliver business outcomes while envisioning market making innovation+ Chief People Mobilizer and Leader : Lead, manage and orchestrate a virtual team to collectively work as One Microsoft, attracting the best talent and deliver against the business outcomes+ Growth & Transformation Business Leader and Customer Advocate : Ensure each customer has the most valuable relationship with Microsoft and execute MS vision of empowering enterprise customers, driving business growth and transformation through strategic thinking, sales execution and influence+ Business Innovator : Implement an agile, adaptative and growth mindset leadership that responds to customer demands and competition+ Sales Leader : Lead sales execution to deliver a predictable, healthy and compliant enterprise business, in customer satisfaction, billed revenue and consumption+ People Leader : Build and develop effective, diverse and inclusive teams where employees can do their best work and deliver exceptional results Responsibilities + Mutually agreed 3 to 5 year business and industry led account plan with jointly agreed business outcomes, refreshed quarterly+ High customer satisfaction and loyalty+ Increased Azure Consumed Revenue, O365 and M365 usage and accelerated Customer Lifetime Value+ YoY growth billed revenue and consumption in each EUi+ Drive digital business outcomes for your customers relevant to their missions and execute Key Plays that incorporate the digital transformation in each EUi+ Evidence of prioritized depth and time with Strategic Account customers through CPE, Executive sponsorship, and key partnerships+ Evidence in account planning of big thinking and growth mindset through building customer partnership and government vision+ Leads and empowers frictionless orchestration to lead generation and pipeline (QPC and consumption) velocity across 4 rolling quarters demonstrated evidence+ Specific development of AE and ATS capabilities Qualifications + 5+ years of related experience : Sales leadership roles, managing high performance sales and technical-sales teams,coaching solution sales and account development strategies, leadership roles in multi-tiered global organizations, selling and delivering complex solutions to enterprise customers+ Strong leadership & interpersonal skills, coaching skills, cross-group collaboration and proven ability to influence across organizational boundaries+ Talent attractor : Proven history attracting and developing new leaders+ Proven track record and experience leading organizational transformations while delivering on long- and short-term results+ Strategic leadership with track record driving results faster than competition in new solution areas (preferred : cloud services growth and consumption)+ Embody "we-before-me" mindset+ Bachelor's degree or MBA preferred;
