Seniority Level :

  • Accountable for the Total Rewards strategy development and alignment with the global vision at local (scope) level by leveraging in the local benchmark / network information in combination with business needs as well as operational management of "local" rewards.
  • Manage, coordinate and / or support a qualitative and efficient cascading and implementation of all the global total rewards processes for the executive employees population (with support of the Zone Rewards Manager).
  • Manage total rewards in BeNeFraLux for non-executive white collars & blue collars, including but not limited to : base salary, variable compensation schemes and benefits plans (including company cars).
  • Partner with business leaders, strategic business partners and pension / benefits manager to focus on the right priorities, align on the deliverables and the owners as well as to share knowledge and foster smooth and relevant (adding value) collaboration and support.
  • Research and bring forward the best total rewards practices and industry trends. Perform deep analysis on effectiveness and competitiveness of existing rewards'
  • programs and propose / develop and implement improvements as required.

  • Determine opportunities to further optimize our benefits and compensation plans from efficiency, tax and financial performance perspective as well as strive for optimal employee experience and wellbeing through all managed programs, processes, vendors and tools.
  • Actively collaborate with rewards transformation team on current and future initiatives such as MyFlexRewards program to evaluate the product portfolio based on the needs of our employees, market trends and taking into account the applicable legal framework.
  • Proactively seek for new opportunities by staying abreast of social labor law developments and leveraging network insights.

    Propose and implement policy and process change, outsourcing & insourcing programs according to local business needs.

  • Accurately counsel, communicate, and train HR business partners, managers and staff on pay decisions, policy and guidelines, job evaluations, and job descriptions.
  • Manage the local job classification of our blue collars and white collars. This will include where relevant union negotiations, contacts with local internal & external stakeholders.
  • Partner with the global / zone Rewards team(s) to exchange experiences, knowledge and manage some cross-country initiatives and programs.
  • Strive for optimal balance between Rewards "marketing" and providing (technical) relevant information to the employees in order to foster their awareness and appreciation of available programs.
  • Develop and / or coordinate Rewards related communications through a range of communications media (including media such as email newsflashes, company intranet, newsletters, visual screens and boards).

  • Build and maintain a strong knowledge base and dashboard on our internal platforms, accessible for both our people team and employees.
