NTT Data is currently looking for a Business / Functional Analyst for a public agency in Brussels. This role is hybrid and will be performed both remotely and from the office.

Your role

You make the link between the IT part and the Business part in the two national languages (FR and NL).

You analyze the user needs, the technical feasibility of proposed solutions and the links to existing applications in order to adapt existing applications or create new applications.

You draw up descriptions of existing and / or desired processes.

You monitor the development of the application in consultation with the developers and you also participate in the testing.

You prepare the necessary documentation, you write and update user manuals.

You spread information about the new adjustments.

You participate in the daily monitoring of the applications (support and solution of problems). You do reporting of the open tasks and future developments.

Your profile

Diploma or certificate related to business analysis or equivalent

You are fluent in French, Dutch and English

10 years of experience in ICT projects

Experience with modelling languages such as UML (5 years) and BPMN (3 years)

Problem-solving skills

Taking the initiative

Agile methodologies 5 years

Analysis techniques 5 years

Description use cases 3 years

Mockup / prototyping (visual pre-performance) 2 years

Requirements gathering techniques 3 years
