  • Provide solutions for IT issues impacting personnel and processes across brewery departments.
  • Manage the IT backlog and available resources to ensure requests are responded to timely and effectively.
  • Liaison with remote IT support groups; and manage contractors and part time staff to resolve IT issues and implement solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and repair various systems, including ThinClients, Software, Hardware, Printers, HMI / SCADA, phone systems, etc.
  • Provide off hours on call support for critical failures.
  • Develop training and standards for upskilling of process engineers and technicians.
  • Manage multiple objectives and assignments in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ensure adherence & compliance to various company policies and standards.
  • Support the Engineering Capital Plan by prioritizing and scoping IT related capital projects within process technology standards.
  • Provide IT related technical support to project managers administering medium to large scale projects.

  • BS degree in Business / Information Systems Management, Computer Science, Electrical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering or related degree preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, team orientation, and customer focus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (ex : Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) required.
  • Experience with Windows Server OS (Windows 2003 to present), Windows Desktop (Windows 7 to present), Active Directory Administration and Software Deployment via SCCM preferred.
  • Experience in SAP, OSI Soft, ODBC Communications, advanced Excel capabilities (ex : macros and VBA) preferred.
  • Experience Manufacturing Automation Systems (GE Intellution HMI & SCADA, Matrikon) preferred.
  • Experience with Network Topology, Cisco Switches / Routers and Cisco Wireless Access Points preferred.
  • General knowledge of wired telecom systems useful.
  • Demonstrated leadership, resourcefulness, and change management skills.
  • Ability to move cross-functionally between departments.
