Position Description

  • Support sales by providing equipment demos, supporting customers throughout the product lifecycle and provide customer product training as needed for the NeuMoDx (e.
  • g., set-up of instrument, customer training and trouble shooting).

  • Quote, RR Quote and Tendermanagement in SFDC
  • Support on-site LDT implementation or conversion from new or existing workflows
  • Support the set-up and LIMS integrations.
  • Meet / Exceed sales targets. Increase sales by actively selling to end users. Support other specialists and representatives and develop tactical plans to maximize revenues.
  • Drive and initiate development of new business opportunities and references for the NeuMoDx platform and reagents. Upselling, including additional menu and cross selling.
  • Maintain and develop a good relationships with key customers and references. Aim to further increase customer satisfaction.
  • Utilise the CRM database to input and provide information that will increase effectiveness in front of the customer and aid sales.
  • Organize meetings / communication channels to ensure effective communication across business units.
  • Position Requirements

  • Master of Science, PhD or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2.5 years sales experience.
  • Proven track record or laboratory experience.
  • Proven experience of relevant laboratory techniques.
  • Knowledge of relevant markets.
  • Personal Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills at all business levels.
  • Self motivated and stress resistant
  • Ideally tri-langual (Dutch, French, English)
  • Team player but can act independent if needed
