    Your role & work environment

    As a Product Owner, your role is to make sure your squad workswith drive and motivation to build and optimize Salesforce, our New CRM Tool.

    Youare the driver of the squad. You will create a fun and motivating atmosphere, anda feeling of trust and of belonging to the squad.

    You bring energy and arewilling to go for this project, which is one of the largest of the bank!

    Salesforce, a cloud CRM package, will ensure that our bankershave the right information and insights to create that ideal, first-

    time-rightcustomer experience.

    Salesforce is one of the largest projects of the bank withimpact on all the customer interacting staff in BE and NL, and even beyond.

    Your main stakeholders are others squads implementingsalesforce for their customers. Your squad will maintain the CRM environmentand define and improve common process and tools.

    You will have a lot of contact with others squads to understandtheir requirements and to align on dependencies. You will be the voice of thesquad and be in contact with people of the entire organization.

    Your key responsibilities WHAT will you do

    To drive your squad in the right direction with the rightpriorities in the backlog

    To create fun and trust atmosphere so the squad members can worktowards the same goal

  • To solve or escalate any impediments towards management
  • To be a squad spokesperson towards the tribe management (PAL,ITAL, TL) and others.

    To make sure the agile way of working is helping the squad tomove into the right direction, with the support of the agile coach.

    To understand the needs of your stakeholders over the differentsegments by designing clear solutions, that will be translated into clear userstories, tasks and product backlogs for your squad.

    HOW will you do it

    To work closely together with colleagues in self-steering teams,such as Segment Tribes, Product Tribes and other squads within differentsegments.

    To understand the importance of continuous communication : withinyour team, with other teams and with stakeholders.

    Together with your team, you will deliver both minor and majorimprovements, while retaining full end-to-end responsibility over everydelivery.

    You have relevant experience in Salesforce implementations(nice-to-have; no requirement)

  • You are fluent in Dutch or French AND English.
