Xeikon, a division of Flint Group, is a long-standing leader and innovator in digital printing technology. Grounded in the principles of quality, flexibility and sustainability, Xeikon designs, develops and delivers web-fed digital color presses for the Graphic Arts Industry and Label and Packaging applications.

These printing presses work with different imaging technologies, open workflow software and application-specific consumables.

We are a global company with offices in all regions of the world. We're looking for an AREA SALES MANAGER for Poland, Czeck Republic and Sloviakia in order to implement our growth plans there competently and with commitment.

Main responsibilities :

  • Selling Xeikon Graphic Arts solutions in the territory of responsibility
  • Achievement of budgeted sales targets through acquisition of orders from new and existing customers
  • Creation of a pipeline of business opportunities from lead generation through customer projects, and management of sales cycles towards successful closing
  • Development of sales strategies through regional market analysis, and creation of competitive offers
  • Support of our customers in Poland, Czech Republic and Slovakia
  • Market observation, and analysis of market shares and competition
  • Communication and launching of new products into the market within the region
  • Participation in seminars, exhibitions and trade fairs, regional and international
  • Direct exchange and coordination with the HQ sales office, and central marketing and support teams about market and customer needs
  • Steering of MarCom activities in the region
  • Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager DACHEE
  • Your profile :

  • You have at least 5 years of experience in selling complex investment goods, ideally high end systems and solutions in the digital printing environment
  • You have a strong hunter profile and large experience in acquisition of New Customers
  • You can demonstrate success in the area of strategic sales development
  • You are familiar with writing offers and presenting them
  • You know about company finances and business practices
  • You have strong communication skills, negotiating skills and an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Your actions are strongly characterized by customer orientation and determination
  • You have a good network within the Graphic Arts industry
  • Very good knowledge of English is required
  • You are willing to travel to visit prospects and customers, and make new contacts
  • We expect commitment, energy, and a high degree of independence and resilience
  • You look after customers and prospects in the region of responsibility from your home office in Poland
  • You will be supported by a dedicated team of specialists and given the necessary time for your further qualification
