You analyze and interpret questions, suggestions, complaints and comments from customers
You monitor an excellent online experience for our customers (webshop, customer app, ... )
You are the customer expert and have specific knowledge of the various products and services of Hunkemöller and know where we distinguish ourselves from our competitors
