Your Profile Education / Training :

  • University degree Business and / or Computer Science.
  • Minimum 3 years relevant post qualification experience.
  • Fluent in English (TME business language). Expertise :
  • 3-5 years of project management or business analyst experience.
  • Experience of leading small / medium sized teams.
  • Experience with Scrum / Agile frameworks is an advantage.
  • Experience gathering business requirements (to be model, as is model, etc)
  • Analytical skills, combined with capability to make synthesis of problem area and solution proposal.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM is a distinct advantage but not essential as training will be provided.
  • Experience with Case Management business process is an advantage. Skills :

  • have excellent communication skills Your team and your responsibilities Team / division description : The CRM and Lead Management applications team at TME is responsible for building and maintaining all CRM and Lead Management applications throughout the European Region (40+ countries) for both Toyota and Lexus brand.
  • The team designs, develops and maintains CRM and Lead Management Tools used by the National Marketing and Sales Companies ( NMSC) and by the Retailer Network.

    In addition the team coordinates local market initiatives and developments to make sure they are compliant and compatible with the central tools & hosting.

    Your responsibilities : We are looking for a CRM Specialist who will work within the CRM team. Your role will be to act as a project lead on MS Dynamics CRM projects (implementations, customizations, migrations, and more) and liaise between NMSC’s, TME and 3rd Party vendors to deliver value to all stakeholders.

  • Act as a project lead for CRM projects following Agile methodologies (i.e Scrum)
  • Manage risks / issues and dependencies during the project lifecycle and work with all stakeholders to remove impediments.
  • Work closely with the NMSC and TME business members to understand the business needs, to guide them in identifying key functions / risks and to ensure that the solution delivered fulfils them.
  • Facilitate workshops to develop business requirements and perform Business Process Analysis and GAP analysis exercises as required.
  • Work with a 3rd Party implementor and ensure that requirements are understood and that gateways respected to ensure the correct quality of deliverables
  • Manage / coordinate Country Rollouts of the CRM application and support in User Acceptance Testing as required.
  • Continually propose and implement kaizen ideas to streamline and improve the efficiency of the processes within the CRM team
