Join our Young Graduate Program ! The Young Graduate Program at NTT combines a permanent job with a training program that aims at developing the skills of Young Grads.
You’ll start your program with a ton of interesting courses, to already upskill your knowledge but also to find out what your cup of tea is and to learn where your strengths lie.
You will shadow experienced engineers to gain practical experience. Your buddy will coach you to take gradually projects to work on independently.

As a beginning Engineer in one of our expert fields, you will participate in the installation and integration projects for our customers situated in different sectors.
Our expert fields are : - Network & Data Center technologies - Automation & Software-defined Networking - Security Infrastructure & Ethical Hacking We provide a supportive environment where you will be trained and coached to grow your competencies and technical skills.
