As an German-speaking Legal Secretary (m / f), your main tasks will be the following :
Setting up meetings
Answering calls, emails
Drafting correspondence
Registration of expenses
Registration of invoices
Registration of timesheets
Travel arrangements : investigating and booking flights / trains, accommodations, taxis etc.
Formatting documents (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Organizing events
Updating the database
Attending team meetings
File Management
The successful German-speaking Legal Secretary (m / f) meets the following criteria :
Languages : Perfect knowledge of German and English
Good presence, flexible, organised person and multitask ability
MS Office - Good knowledge (Word, Excel and Power Point)
A previous experience in Germany is a plus
A previous experience in Law firm is a plus
Ideally 1-3 years experience as personal or management assistant
French / Dutch are an assets
