As an German-speaking Legal Secretary (m / f), your main tasks will be the following :

  • Setting up meetings
  • Answering calls, emails
  • Drafting correspondence
  • Registration of expenses
  • Registration of invoices
  • Registration of timesheets
  • Travel arrangements : investigating and booking flights / trains, accommodations, taxis etc.
  • Formatting documents (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Organizing events
  • Updating the database
  • Attending team meetings
  • File Management
  • The successful German-speaking Legal Secretary (m / f) meets the following criteria :

  • Languages : Perfect knowledge of German and English
  • Good presence, flexible, organised person and multitask ability
  • MS Office - Good knowledge (Word, Excel and Power Point)
  • A previous experience in Germany is a plus
  • A previous experience in Law firm is a plus
  • Ideally 1-3 years experience as personal or management assistant
  • French / Dutch are an assets
