Your role will be to develop & implement the retail and trade marketing strategy, and to maximize Nespresso's trade visibility across ours different touch points.
In addition, and in line with the Consumer Experience Team, you will constantly improve the consumer retail experience in order to increase consumer acquisition.
Develop & Implement the annual retail & trade marketing strategy & maximize Nespresso visibility in respect of the brand guidelines.
Plan, coordinate, implement the marketing plan for retail Network and inform HQ on improvement points.
Manage Visual Merchandising & Trade budgets
Coordinate the Boutique needs and requirements (special local key events)
Develop local retail campaign assets / campaigns & manage retail & Trade events
Manage the Visual Merchandising Community Experts
Organize, develop and follow-up on all special operations and trade advertisements during promo periods with Nespresso creative agencies
Share information about promotions and launches to the commercial team and deliver materials to Key account managers
Coordinate local trade marketing activities and projects delegated by HQ
Develop and implement the annual trade marketing plans in close collaboration with the Nespresso Sales Managers, KAMs
Develop and implement the offline path to purchase in line with the Consumer Experience Strategy and in close collaboration with the commercial departments
Design innovative tools to enhance trade visibility based on insights from competition, market, and consumer analysis, in close collaboration within the team & the Customer Experience & Insights team
Logistic Coordination Of The Trade Point
Coordinate all POSM activities from ordering until implementation (none permanent POSM) with help of external agencies.
Train VM experts in BTQ Concept Train the Trainer
Internal : Marketing Team , Retail incl. Boutique staff, Customer Relationship Center, Finance, Nespresso Sales Managers, KAMs and Nespresso HQ
External : Creative agencies, logistic agencies and Event agency
KNOWLEDGE AND PROFESSIONAL SKILLS
University degree in marketing or communications
Between 1 and 2 years working experience in a marketing, trade or retail environment is a plus
Experience in project management, B2B and B2C Event Management
Good verbal and written communication skills
Business acumen and solution oriented
Full command of the Dutch and / or French and English languages (written and spoken)
