We have an excitingand challenging role within our team as Senior Data acquisition businessanalyst in our Medical Devices Distribution Center in Courcelles TheData Acquisition & Analytics Business Analyst will have an opportunity tolead the Logistics Scanning product and shape the capability & featureroadmap for mobile, optical, & Radio Frequencyscanning technology for EMEA.
The leader in this role will additionallyserve as technology lead responsible for the end to end technology ecosystem atthe Courcelles distribution center.
They will engage across all technologyfunctions to triage, root cause and resolve any technology issues impacting thesite's ability to serve our customers.
Key accountability will be deliveringagainst strategy, product roadmap, and reliability of the scanning productsoperational at our Deliver Distribution Center’s globally.
This individual will join the Deliver CyberRemediation program and serve as Deliver workstream lead, in our goal ofglobally improving our cyber security index.
Key to success will be demonstratingpassion for logistics technologies and creating an optimum operationalexperience at our Distribution Center's.
The candidate should have a strongview of external / internal IT capabilities and how they can be applied to drivebusiness value for J&J.
Qualifications Qualifications Experiencewith mobile, optical, or Radio Frequency technologies preferred A bachelor’sdegree is required, preferable in engineering, information technology, supplychain management or equivalent.
A minimum of5 years of dynamic experience in product management & technologydeployments with operations end users required Agiledevelopment experience with a solid understanding of supply chain systems,tools and techniques is required.
Ability totranslate emerging research and insights into meaningful partneringopportunities Strongcritical thinking, with outstanding analytical, influencing and interpersonalskills are required.
Self managingand self-motivated with the ability to prioritize simultaneously is required Projectmanagement certification (or equivalent experience e.
