De functie

  • Within the sales team, as internal sales, you will treat the commercial customer demands in co-operation with the (Key)Account Managers and BDM’s.
  • You will follow up the proposals / quotations you have made.

  • From a customer relation point of view, you assist the customer with operational issues and requests. You are in contact with several departments within the organization to solve these issues.
  • After initial on the job training you will become the SPOC for a dedicated number of small accounts
  • You are responsible for administrative follow-up and update the database
  • A key objective is to forge strong relationships as well as develop and identify potential.
  • You also have contacts with less-active customers and provide up-selling.
  • You work as well on the short-term objectives as on the medium and long term. You will act as a liaison between the company and the customers.
  • Het profiel

  • You are perfectly bi-lingual (Dutch / French), spoken & written, knowledge of English is an advantage
  • You have at least 2 years of experience in an Inside Sales / Customer Service department
  • You are able to establish professional contacts with prospects and develop existing customers
  • You are able to work in a results-oriented environment
  • You are motivated, energetic and positive and you have a WILL DO’ mentality
  • You are communicative, proactive, service-minded and stress-resistant.
  • You have a Bachelor’s degree
  • Knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
