Within the sales team, as internal sales, you will treat the commercial customer demands in co-operation with the (Key)Account Managers and BDM’s.
You will follow up the proposals / quotations you have made.
From a customer relation point of view, you assist the customer with operational issues and requests. You are in contact with several departments within the organization to solve these issues.
After initial on the job training you will become the SPOC for a dedicated number of small accounts
You are responsible for administrative follow-up and update the database
A key objective is to forge strong relationships as well as develop and identify potential.
You also have contacts with less-active customers and provide up-selling.
You work as well on the short-term objectives as on the medium and long term. You will act as a liaison between the company and the customers.
You are perfectly bi-lingual (Dutch / French), spoken & written, knowledge of English is an advantage
You have at least 2 years of experience in an Inside Sales / Customer Service department
You are able to establish professional contacts with prospects and develop existing customers
You are able to work in a results-oriented environment
You are motivated, energetic and positive and you have a WILL DO’ mentality
You are communicative, proactive, service-minded and stress-resistant.
You have a Bachelor’s degree
Knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
A full-time job, temp to perm contract
