As we continue to grow, we're looking for a passionate Enterprise Account Executive to join our Public Sector Enterprise Sales team.

You will be responsible for selling Tableau solutions to Public Sector agencies at different stages of their digital journey.

Job description

  • Defining and crafting your GTM strategy and vision; mapping out business opportunities where you can expand your existing footprint and target new areas within each account.
  • You'll be a trusted advisor to your customers and industry subject matter expert, developing relevant business relationships across various C-level customers and key influencers.
  • Qualifying and understanding your customer's business-critical issues and driving value-led sales conversations to articulate the impact and return on investment our solutions will have on their business.
  • Partnering with a virtual internal team to build a road map and strategic plan tailored to each account, bringing them into the sales process when required to optimise each opportunity.
  • Collaborating and aligning with your Salesforce counterparts on each account to identify and close joint enterprise solution sales opportunities.
  • Working closely with our partners and understanding who to leverage, when and why.
  • The ideal candidate

    Experience : You have several years of quota-carrying sales experience in successfully selling enterprise software / SAAS solutions, closing 6-7 figure multi-year license agreements across the Public Sector vertical.

    You are a solution sales professional. Understanding business applications and BI tools would be advantageous but not crucial. Degree required.

    Domain : You have extensive knowledge of the Public Sector market and understand the nuances, challenges, and procurement processes.

    Experience in selling into these accounts would be advantageous.

    Curious : You're inquisitive and always looking to learn and discover what your customer needs and wants; you keep track of market trends and grow with improving your skills

    Executive presence : You can engage with any stakeholder from end-users to C-level executives. You're a trusted advisor and industry expert.

    Hard worker : You constantly challenge yourself to exceed whatever goals and objectives you are assigned, which can be demonstrated in your track record of quota attainment

    Outstanding salesperson : You naturally desire to seek new contacts and opportunities. Your prospecting, planning, and closing skills are second to none.

    No deal is too big or small.

    Excellent communicator : Networking and relationship building come naturally. You know what to say and when to say it.

    Collaborator : You know the importance of winning as a team. Partnering and leading with internal and external resources is crucial in solution selling, and you know how to engage and empower multiple partners and colleagues to maximise success.

    Attention to detail : Not only do we build excellent tools, but we use them. Data integrity and accurate forecasting are needed.
