Product Owner / Product Manager

We are looking for an experienced product manager who excels at orchastrating the requirements of aproduct in our On-Premises tribe at SWIFT, the tribe developing on-premises server applications that connect businesses to financial networks.
Based in Belgium, you will be working as a member of a dynamic team that is responsible for end-to-end delivery - from customer engagement to operations.
As a driving force of technological change, our On-Premises tribe operates in a truly Agile way. You will have a unique opportunity to expand your reach in term of knowledge and network, and to build your expertise through SWIFT's global platform.
You will define Product vision and definition of epics and user stories to work on.
You will prioritise the backlog of initiatives, including functional and non-functional requirements and prioritisation between new functionalities and continuous improvements.
You will accept deliverables at the end of each sprint.
You will be responsible for the outcome of your squad, including potential software issues / incidents that are related to the product of the squad

Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Launching, enhancing and managing SWIFT’s Products and Services
Defining strong value propositions, understanding customer needs and organising customer facing events
Defining external market segmentation, analysing market trends and competitive landscape,
Aligning with the company’s strategy and in close collaboration with the regional teams and the Product Delivery Managers
University degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Business or equivalent
Minimum 4-5 years in a similar capacity
Knowledge / Experience in Agile processes will be an advantage
