The Digital & Media Manager will design, drive and implement the Digital & Media agenda for BeNeLux. The role has 2 main scopes on a BeNeLux level : Setting and driving the digital agendaConsulting the brand team across all media plans and being the key point of contact for our media agency across all channels (including OOH, TV, etc)MAIN TASKSYou set the digital vision for Benelux, communicate and inspire the organization around the digital roadmap.
You train the organization around the latest digital opportunities when it matters;You create and adapt Social Media Content.
You will manage a team of 3 peopleDigital and MediaFMCGYou have a Master in Business Engineering, Economics or MarketingYou have 4-5 years of relevant work experience in Digital and MediaYou have experience in managing and developing a team in a matrix organizationYou follow the latest developments in the field of Social & Digital Media and have a proven track record on translating them into consumer centric campaigns and strategiesYou are curious, entrepreneurial and result orientedYou are a self-starter and a team playerYou enjoy inspiring others and contributing to build shared successes stories.
You are good at Project managementYou are fluent in Dutch and English.
