PRIMARY FUNCTION :
Acting as a single interface toward brands and Retail Finance partner, the Market Retail & Portfolio Manager (RPM) is responsible for supporting the sales of CNH Industrial commercial brands to increase the penetration of financial products and services, ensuring the achievement of profitability targets and minimizing risk costs and delinquency.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES :
Manage the sales and marketing effectively to grow the Retail business and develop a significant CL portfolio
When applicable, represent the FS Legal Entity in the country
Assist in major customer sales and expand the range of financial products and services across our dealer network
Develop, implement and execute a country business development plan, including the optimal resource allocation
Work with Network Development in dealer maintenance to ensure dealer financial health
Develop with Brands and the JV / VP partner the most effective Retail and CL products and programs
Develop retail business to achieve originations and margins for the JV
Put in place Financial Solutions for dealers and key accounts and generate interest income accordingly
Manage the credit approval process and work with Underwriting team to ensure appropriate credit lines are in place
Define the payment methods, manage the payment performance and delinquencies on the dealers accounts, and ensure the brands are informed and involved in the management of Dealers, PEs, KAs and Distributors
Be responsible for all aspects of Retail Servicing activities and work with the CL Servicing team for the assigned markets
Be responsible to manage the stock audit activity to protect the company from fraud
Detect and define training, coaching, and development needs for brands' and dealers' salespeople and staff
Provide market intelligence and input to Brands and FS management
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS :
Economical oriented education
7-10 years previous experience preferred in a service industry (Knowledge of financial services, preferably Leasing / Factoring in an asset based environment)
Team management proven experience
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Dutch mother tongue; second foreign English / French / Italian
Flexible to travel within EMEA territory
