BePark’s teams offer end to end parking solutions to thousands of individuals as well as over 500 Companies in Belgium and France, including Altran, Marsh, Delhaize, Orange, Cofinimmo, Bouygues,.

  • We will continue to spearhead innovation and, from the parking lot, help accelerate global trends in mobility for the benefit of the community at large.
  • About the position

    We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us expand our clientele. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.

    The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.

    Key Responsabilities

  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
  • Identify key staff in client companies to cultivate profitable relationships with
  • Arrange business meetings with existing and prospective clients
  • Promote BePark’s services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
  • Negotiate sales contracts and close agreements
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients
  • Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople
  • Requirements

  • A Bachelor or a Master in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field
  • Ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
  • Willingness to engage in networking activity and ability to build client relationships
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Organised, detail and process oriented
  • Full Professional Proficiency in English, French and Dutch
