Your role &

In this fast moving world of digitalization and financial transactions all over the globe, it’s important that we provide our customers with digital and user friendly processes and that the personal data of our customers are well managed, up to date, protected and not accessible for non-authorised people.

You will be part of our cross border Tribe Daily Banking within the product area Customer Data and you will provide ING with full automated processes which are at the same time compliant with the regulatory requirements related to the management of the personal data of our customers, such as GDPR and PSD2.

Your key responsibilities

As a Customer Journey Expert, be the customer’s voice

  • Ensure the on time delivery of new customer & employee journeys : translate the needs into requirements and implement the changes
  • Gain profound understanding of the market and regulatory needs in Customer Data and proactively work out solutions. You will keep ING ahead of the game
  • Be able to analyse an as-is situation, propose improvements and indicate a sense of urgency / priorities
  • Understand our functional and technical landscape
  • Ensure close collaboration with stakeholders
  • Gain good level of knowledge on products, processes, tools development & IT assets
  • Make the Agile world yours

  • Manage your stakeholders in terms of expectations, dependencies, buy-in and make sure the delivered solution fit the customers’ needs
  • Work together with your squad members having different expertise in order to make the change happen, with the support of your Chapter Lead and Agile Coach

  • Collaborate with people and be able to motivate, empower, challenge and stimulate them in an international environment
  • Have outstanding communication skills
  • Have a strong affinity with data (Identification of our customers, update of their personal data)
  • Be holder of a Master’s degree
  • Be fluent in English as well as French and / or Dutch
