Digital Platform Manager
In collaboration with the business and Head of Online Gaming, set up and execute overall platform strategy
Provide daily monitoring of the website and suggest new developments and ideas
Monitor existing KPIs and possibly suggest new ones to guarantee a qualitative, efficient and responsive platform
Lead and take part to various projects involving multidisciplinary profiles
Daily and constant follow-up of the digital platform : functionalities, products, responsiveness, actions, offers, layout, etc.
Closely collaborate with product teams, marketing and creative profiles as well as technical IT teams.
Liaise with partners and providers to constantly improve the platform
Do market research and stay on top of trends to remain competitive
Who are you
You are a digital expert and know how to manage a product, webshop, website or platform. You know it requires careful monitoring and understand the structure you need to set up to run this smoothly.
You are independent but are aware this is a teamwork and love collaborating with many teams and departments.
Direct involvement with business means tight deadlines and regular reportings and meetings to follow KPIs. You have a creative side to yourself to approach problems in an innovative and efficient way but also are deeply pragmatic and result-oriented in everything you work on.
Innovation and novel ideas can be great, but they need to deliver and to be scrutinised to be made worthwhile.

Some of your talents
Background in sales, (online) marketing or management linked to digital platforms and new technologies with min. 3 years of relevant experience
Digital native with expertise in online platforms and a good grasp of KPIs for an online business
Experience and / or knowledge of tools related to digital marketing
Results-oriented, pragmatic and resistant to stress
Organised, flexible, proactive and innovative
Fluent in French or Dutch with some solid command of the second language. Operational business English.
