As a Legal Secretary, you will :

  • Manage diaries in Outlook : Make appointments, arrange meetings and conferences, send and respond to invites, book restaurants / taxis
  • Answer, screen and transfer incoming calls
  • Welcome suppliers, visitors and prepare meetings rooms
  • Manage global travel arrangements : prepare itinerary, book hotels / flights, arrange cash / currency / passports, ...
  • Process expense claims
  • For any matter, process the required forms (engagement letters, new client for,...)
  • Keep billing files up-to-date
  • Prepare documents for meetings : PowerPoint presentation in compliance with the house style
  • Maintain and update client in the data base
  • Post articles on different platforms
  • Assist the Business Development colleague with event organisation
  • As a Legal Secretary, you :

  • Have a degree in office or administration or equivalent through a relevant working experience
  • Are fluent in English and German. French is a plus
  • Have organisation, multitasks, problem solving and prioritisation skills
  • Are proficient in Microsoft Pack
  • Take ownership and are proactive
  • Have a good communication and a professional attitude
