AniCura in Belgium
In Belgium, AniCura started in 2018. You will join a start-up setting within a successful international group. AniCura already has agreements with several clinics in Belgium.
The number of clinics is growing exponentially due to a huge interest and trust in AniCura’s business model and key principles of quality and development on the one hand and local decision making as true entrepreneurs on the other hand.
To support all clinics joining the group, AniCura is building a central team. Currently the country manager, Kathleen Moons and the M&A manager, Eric Druenne are in place.
AniCura is in the process of recruiting a Finance Manager, a Veterinary Project Manager and a Marketing Manager.
As the number of clinics in the group will grow, AniCura will further expand the team with other support functions, such as HR and IT and / or more roles in marketing, finance and veterinary medicine support.
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving customer acquisition by carrying out effective marketing and communication activities targeting consumers / pet owners (B2C) and referring veterinarians (B2B).
A key challenge will be to rapidly build the AniCura brand in Belgium towards clinics, veterinarians, students and future employees (employer branding), and off course pet owners.
The role includes a spectrum that reaches from strategic and brand-building activities, to hands-on, day-to-day tactical activities, all with the purpose of building the AniCura brand in Belgium and driving customers to clinics.
