You get to work with a team of highly skilled and experienced sales transformation experts with the ability to help drive client engagements on Go-to-Market strategy, sales planning, forecasting, predictive analytics, territory design, coverage model, quota planning, incentive compensation, and plan to pay capabilities.

Get to work with next generation planning platforms (including Anaplan) on critical business planning processes with across sales, marketing, and operations.

You support our client in a wide range of various projects industry from strategy definition to implementation by :

  • Being an active team member in various customer projects, covering full end-to-end delivery, starting at the initial identification of the requirements, through to the final handover to the customer’s operational teams
  • Performing development of accurate planning and forecasting models as well as creation of meaningful management reporting solutions
  • Analysis and documentation of the requirements, goals and challenges of the entire company and individual functional areas
  • Creating solution concepts and process designs with the help of modern approaches such as Design Thinking
  • Performing implementation using modern, cloud-based solutions including Anaplan Cloud for sales functional areas and use cases in all major industries
  • Working agile in Deloitte specialist teams, in close collaboration with areas such as Sales Analytics, Predictive modeling, scenario planning, Artificial Intelligence, automation Robotics
  • Let’s talk about you

  • A minimum of 7-10+ years of consulting and / or relevant commercial sales planning industry experience
  • Minimum 5+ years professional or consulting experience in design and implementation of Sales Performance Management or Analytics systems (Anaplan, Oracle, SAP, Varicent, Xactly, or others) as part of presales or implementation consulting.
  • As a manager you will drive the further development of our Sales Transformation Anaplan Cloud team and will participate in business development activities to grow Deloitte’s Anaplan business.
  • Independent, creative and conscientious way of working as well as pronounced team orientation
  • Very good presentation and communication skills in English as well as a high sales orientation and excellent direct contact with clients
  • In depth understanding of modern planning, forecasting, analytics, scenario planning and reporting processes is an advantage
  • Ability to creatively and pragmatically translate business requirements into design and development of reports and dashboards focused on human experience
  • Experience with various data mining and business intelligence tools, such as Hyperion, SAP BPC, Cognos TM1, Tableau, Microsoft Access
  • Good understanding of the planning in Sales, Marketing, Services, Operations & commercial domain
  • Ability to translate from model-building in Excel to multi-dimensional technologies
  • Experience participating in Agile, Hybrid agile, scrum sessions, user stories documentation and
  • Understanding of relational database theory
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
  • Must possess critical thinking, problem solving, and decision-making skills
  • Professional Qualification- B.E / B.Tech / MCA / MSC / MS
