Planning & Control Engineer Offshore

For years Jan De Nul Group has been focussing on specific offshore services for the oil, gas and renewable energy market.

These services can be divided as follows : intervention works on the seabed, subsea rock installation for the protection of offshore elements and ballasting of concrete elements for offshore constructions, offshore heavy lifting among which the installation of foundations and wind turbines on offshore wind farms and the installation of submarine energy and data transport cables.

Because of the strong growth in the offshore renewable energy market, the Offshore department is expanding and is looking for a Planning & Reporting Engineer.

Your tasks and responsibilities are :

You support the tender and project teams in order to reach their goals / deadlines within the set term by drawing up a detailed planning

You contribute to the development of implementation strategies, the deployment of personnel and vessels, so the project can be executed in accordance with the agreements (e.

g. specifications of the client)

You keep a constant overview of the follow-up of a project

You monitor the performances & deadlines of the project

You report any differences between the planned and actual progress to the Project Manager & Offshore Tender Coordinator

You evaluate alternative ideas and integrate an innovative approach

You contribute to the development of a robust programme and accurately analyze the time schedule

Profile

You have a bachelor or master diploma and preferably have a first work experience. Knowledge of Primavera is a requirement.

Good knowledge of English is essential.

You are going to work in our office in Aalst and / or Luxembourg
