We're hiring a BIM Manager ( B uilding I nformation M odelling) responsible for strategy definition and BIM implementation for ENGIE Cofely.
This role requires experience in virtual BIM and information management.
define the BIM implementation strategy in partnership with the strategy and operations' teamsevaluate existing work flows define targets, budgets and staffing requirements for internal projects being deployed, etcdraft the implementation plan.
Deploy projects and train the teamplan implementation : select and implement software, prepare models, train staff, create pilot projects, etcevaluate the achievement of objectives develop a services offer for customers (content, added value for customers, pricing model)
manage software in partnership with the IT departmentselection of softwaredeployment manage updates and the installation of new software versionspotentially custom contentintegration with other systems (GMAO, Space Management, etc.
internal support and liaison with the company's IT supportstay informed about new software options and inter-operability with the software already in useliaison with software sales people
responsible for drafting, deploying and adherence to established BIM standardstrain and monitor users to ensure standards are being respected
set up and manage a community on BIM practices inside the company
BIM cost control
support users, especially during project kick-offresponsible for internal training concerning BIM (initial and on-going)
point of contact for BIM Factory at ENGIE Group
attending conferences, meetings, workshops on BIM organised within the group and for the sector
link with communication services to create publications for the social networks concerning your work, take part in interviews, link with Sales to develop service presentations for potential customers
identify future trends and business opportunities
you are an industrial engineer, civil engineer or architect
you have solid experience in construction and / or building operations and a clear vision of the different needs of stakeholders in construction, operations and maintenance
you have good technical knowledge of BIM applications, web applications and databases
you demonstrate a good understanding of BIM work flows and know how to optimise these flows
you have very good communication skills and know how to get your message across at any level of the company
you are a genuine team player
technical knowledge of BIM applications, PC and web applications and databases
understand and optimise BIM work flows
you have proven skills in training / educating
