A REGULAR DAY AT WORK

Reporting to the Customer Care Manager Benelux your mission will be to ensure and monitor the quality of the services provided by service partners of Food Service.

Please note that this role will involve travel (approx. 3 days per week to customer sites) in Belgium and that you will be working remotely (home-office) the rest of the time.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensuring and monitoring the quality of service of the service partners.
  • Supporting the technicians to solve technical problems, both by telephone and on location.
  • Give training on Electrolux Professional equipment to service partners (structural)
  • Making an annual planning of trainings to service partners and ensure communication with the service partners
  • giving technical support to (employees of) the service partners and dealers (ad hoc)
  • Preparing relevant reports.
  • Handling of complaints to the factories
  • handling of warranty claims and credit note requests
  • handling customer complaints regarding the equipment
  • maintaining contact with the various internal departments, service partners, customers, dealers, and suppliers as well as with the various departments within the organization
  • repairing technical malfunctions yourself where possible (if necessary in consultation with the supervisor)
  • Have excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Have good technical insight and problem-solving abilities
  • Are service-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused
  • Can prioritise and are result-oriented
  • Are able to work in full autonomy
  • Are meticulous and ensure confidentiality
  • Ensure that actions are completed quickly and with high accuracy, also under pressure
  • EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • At least TSO level complemented by professional training and relevant work experience
  • Continuous updating and developing of in-depth technical knowledge of the Electrolux Professional products by regular internal training within the Electrolux Professional organization.
  • Excellent command of the Dutch and French languages, both verbally and in writing.
  • Excellent written and spoken command of the English language
  • Good command of common office automation (at least MS Office and Outlook)
  • Driving license B is mandatory
