Job Title : Business & change accelerator - Sr consultant & prog manager

Context

The business & change accelerator team is a global advisory team, led by Amrita Sengupta, head of business & change accelerator team, reporting to the deputy CEO of Worldline.

This team performs advisory, consulting services and projects that are high prioritized, needs acceleration, and strategically valued.

Advisory services and projects span countries, global business lines and are very diverse in nature with extremely high paced delivery and high complexity.

Some examples : performing an analysis on integrating two organizations, designing, and implementing a new Target Operating Model, support M&As, fix staffing gaps for retention, recruitment fixes, inflation handling due to digital talent war, cloud pitch design for end customers, set up of cloud roadmap for full Worldline, or client portfolio allocations, speed boat support, DC strategy review supports.

The projects and activities are cross business line driven collaborations or e2e transversal WL. All aimed at improving the WL organization in terms of agility, speed, top line & growth accelerations as well as bottom-line efficiency gains / cost savings / quality improvement.

The team is looking for a new strategic consultant who can support in making WL an even better paytech company. Incidental traveling can be part of the job when needed.

We ask for someone who has a minimum of at least 5 years experience with the following profile :

  • Is highly flexible in changing topics and act on it
  • Can act and present on CEO & deputy CEO level
  • Culture sensitive
  • Can align with multiple stakeholders on different levels within the organization
  • Can move through different (political) stakes
  • Discrete and able to handle confidentiality
  • Strong analytical & critical skills, and think out of the box new solutions
  • Skilled in processing multiple data formats and types of data
  • Strong in prestation skills incl documentations verbal, written, body language
  • Can absorb new information in short period of time and can start from scratch or pick up in middle
  • Able to mitigate risks (anticipate, advice on foreseen risks)
  • Knowledgeable in change management and negotiation skills
  • Is flex to deliver is heavy pressure and time constraints
  • Is fearless to do anything necessary to get things done while having fun with integrity & grit.
