Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement and manage the customer service policies, procedures, standards and strategies
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of the service, report KPI’s and recommend optimization or corrective actions
  • Ensure that customers receive the best service possible through order processing, accurate information, complaints handling and follow-up

  • Develop and maintain constructive and cooperative working relationships with stakeholders using appropriate communication methods
  • Collaborate and communicate knowledge across the business
  • Manage projects related to the Customer Services issues
