THE ROLE Provide pre-sales support on business opportunities with complex / large network access components or requiring third party network / infrastructure management services leveraging both SITA and Orange sourcing expertise.
This role will be under ATS (Air Travel Solutions) and Technology Management profession. Your role will involve : Consulting on best practice for optimized and competitive access to MPLS and ISP solutions in response to demands from the SITA design teams.
Providing access network proposals for large bids ensuring these are smartly designed, competitively priced utilizing best and latest market intelligence and local expertise.
Providing a one stop shop for pre-sales team to submit pre-qualification and quotation requests for large volume bids and projects which require the SITA ISP Product.
Integrating 3rd party domestic MPLS solutions into customer proposals. Coordinating the construction of 3rd party solutions by liaising with the various entities involved (design, ordering, delivery and operation teams) Providing bid support for infrastructure management deals.
Managing Pricing Quotations, kick off Calls with requestor & internal / external stake holders, Coordination with Sourcing team, requestor & SITA suppliers’ managers / suppliers.
Using OBS Pricing tool, SITA quotation tool and Track Lead time to Quote (LTQ) for suppliers. Qualifications We would like it if you have the below experiences, knowledge and qualification : Extensive experience in telecommunications field Experience in data network solution design in an international environment Experience in working in a matrix organization in a global environment Experience of interacting with international teams Strong customer orientation.
Understands interactions needed in the pre and post sales stage Technical knowledge about Telco International Network solutions coupled with commercial acumen Good analytical skills Proven technical expertise in data telecommunications, IP, MPLS, etc.
