As Employment Lawyer, you will handle various aspects of labour and social security law (contentious and non-contentious) for national and international groups.
You will have the opportunity to manage files from start to finish, acting with a degree of independence and you will for instance provide advise on / to :
complex transactions such as restructurings ;
social aspects of mergers and acquisitions;
individual labour law and remuneration conditions ;
actors in the collaborative economy;
and supervise the work of more junior lawyers.
As Employment Lawyer, you have :
A Master's degree in Law from a Belgian university
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience
Fluent in Dutch or French and English, and a good knowledge of the other national language
You enjoy taking owernship and have a hands-on personality
