In Cummins, Belgium, you will get to work in the HumanResources department which is supporting all departments at the Rumst site.

The purpose of this Internship is to support the HR team inthe various tasks, initiatives and projects.

Responsibilities :

  • Supportin HR administration f.ex drafting contracts, promotionletters, coordinating parental leaves, ...
  • Recruitment : draft vacancies, perform selections and conduct interviews
  • Supportin various HR projects
  • Support the HR admin with preparation of Social Elections in 2020
  • Support the reporting tasks : headcount reporting, absenteeism, ...
  • Qualifications

  • Fluencyin Dutch and English
  • Good MS Word / Excel / PowerPoint skills
  • Analytical skills
  • Bachelor studies Office Management or Applied Psychology
