The Internal Sales Representative provides the best possible service to (potential) customers of Sarens and striving towards optimum Sales results by conducting sales tasks (e.
g. telesales) and supportive, administrative and secretarial work for the Sales Department.

Giving input for the composition of the annual commercial plan
Proactively and effectively approaching existing customers in order to generate new sales-business
Is responsible for the independent processing of inquiries from smaller customers which can be handled through a standard offer and the established price list.
Is responsible for the preparation of clear quotes for his assigned inquiries and monitor its progress
Assessing assigned clients on basis of predetermined criteria (f.e. payment behavior, credit worthiness, sales volume, )
Reports relevant customer data in CRM, analysis sales pipeline and defines appropriate actions.
Reviews all his / her bids in accordance with Sales Authorization Chart, for feasibility, prices, timelines, liabilities, risks, legal compliance, etc.
with his / her Manager and relevant functionalities, e.g. Operations, Technical Solutions, Legal.
Ensures that the quotes / orders, including all necessary information, are transferred to the Operations Manager in a timely manner for further action (e.
g. Sarens Project Methodology-procedure).
Provides appropriate after-sales support to customers.
Ensures that a complete, correct and timely invoicing and provisioning can be executed for his / her projects.
Closely liaises with Finance / Accounts Receivable for his / her projects with regard to validating of invoices, settlement of deductions, prompt payment realizations, collections, this in compliance with the Group Credit Management Procedure.
Marketing & Communication
Managing the sales section of the country-internet website and intranet so that they have an attractive and informative function for visitors from a marketing perspective
Organizing trade fairs and events in collaboration with the Sales Manager and / or Key Account Manager
Keeps crane manuals up-to-date according to information from Engineering Department and in line with the Group Marketing & Communication Guidelines
Executing all other relevant marketing related tasks in request of Sales Manager and in line with the Group Marketing & Communication Guidelines
Produces regular and accurate reports in accordance with Group standards in order to keep his / her functional and line management informed on the country / BU / HUB sales results or upon request by Sales Manager or Key Account Manager.
Supporting Key Account Manager in assessing clients on basis of predetermined criteria (f.a. payment behavior, credit worthiness, )
Monitors customer satisfaction survey in line with Groups standards .
Keeps ERP Sales Database up-to-date with input from Key Account Manager
All round administrative tasks on request of Sales Manager
Bachelor degree in Office Management / Communication / Marketing or equivalent;
2-3 years of experience in administration or equivalent;
Critical, proactive and hands on ;
Ability to work in an international environment;
Solid French & Dutch writing & verbal skills
