Job Purpose :
Prepare financial analyses to support the strategic initiatives of Global Quality / MSAT and propose out-of-the-box, innovative approaches (e.
g. based on new KPI measures, benchmarking, total cost of quality concept) to increase the value of Quality (value / cost ratio optimization) and return on Quality / MSAT projects.
Ensure quality of financial input into Quality / MSAT strategy, driving down Opex, cash flow (including inventory), and cost per dose.
Ensure cost management within the year (budget and actuals reporting, actions proposed to meet the commitments). Note, Quality Organisation at the end of 2017 represented over 3300 FTE and over 300m£ cost and MSAT 230FTE and 30m£ cost.
Key Responsibilities :
The insights will drive decision making with wide-ranging implications such as structure, people, investments and projects choices.
Tracking of committed projects benefits, as well as defining scope of new projects to drive correct resource allocation and define outsourcing opportunities, as well as cost of Quality decisions on the overall network will be key.
