And you have as well
10 years experience in a leading finance role in a multinational, complex environment
Consulting and project management experience
Experience in managing / leading transformational projects incl.
A track record as a high performing individual with strong presence and assertiveness, with a demonstrated ability to lead, manage and steer teams
An Engineering / Commercial degree e.g. MBA
What you’ll be doing
Drive and be accountable for the Finance Transformation Programme and support the VP Finance on key decision making and align compliance requirements reporting systems to the new divisional structure
Review and support development of business cases for various transformation projects and validate the full EMEA business case
Track and follow-up success of transformation (delivery to targets)
Set up a follow-up structure and process for the finance transformation and support project managers to define and implement the most effective methodology and identify dependencies with other programmes
Support Group and Division System implementations in partnership with the ICT organization. Act as the main interface for finance related IT tools e.g. ERP / EDI
Continuous improvement , establish a continuous improvement culture and mindset and deploy related tools and methodology throughout Finance EMEA
