The client is looking for a Key Account Manager - Domestic appliances to join his team.

The Key Account Manager will ensure a growing turnover with customers while respecting the prices, margins and to optimally represent the ranges and the brands in stores.
He will also manage a team of 2 sales rep and 5 sales persons.
Main purposes :
Ensure to achieve the annual commercial objectives for each customer in accordance with the strategy of development of the company and its brands (turnover, gross margin, market share)
Make proposals for the development of the category business both commercially and for all interactions with other departments
Motivate his team
Contribute to increase the market share of the brands through the development of the retail network and the growth of the turnover of each store.
Develop an annual account plan to meet key objectives, monitor performance vs. target and develop corrective actions if needed
Negotiate year agreements with key customers.
Fix purchase pricing and trade conditions in line with marketing and profitability guidelines
Lead the implementation of account specific activities and promotions
Close follow-up of commercials budgets and ROI calculation of key activations
Make sales forecasts for his / her scope
Management and complete follow-up of a diversified client portfolio : Luxemburg wholesaler, shop in shop, independents networks and specialized channels.
Close coordination with the marketing teams in order to create a category "Mktg / Sales" team : optimize distribution / develop activity plan by customer / develop brands through visibility in stores, etc.
Interface between the client and all the internal departments of the company (finance, logistics, after-sales service, sales administration, etc.)
Higher business education (University or similar)
At least 5 years experience in account management, Key account management
Fully bilingual (nl / fr) orally as written + good knowledge of English
Previous working experience as KAM in a national structure
Experience in perfect store is an asset
Appreciate customer contact at all levels (buying department management but also with independent retailers)
Proactive, ready to drive the business as his / her own business
Sense of organization, structured, able to manage product / brand complexity
Good team leader, good team management skills
Good team player, good ability to work with cross-functional teams within the company
Good knowledge of Word / Excel / Powerpoint
