Your main goal is to provide support to the sales team and the entire sales process regarding bids, tenders and Request For Proposal.
Writes answers to the call for bid made by prospects or current clients;
Creates and manages the bid plan with the Sales and Account managers team;
Compiles available information in order to draft optimal bid;
Identifies the required resources including representatives of relevant departments or partners and manages them in order to get the required information for the duration of the bid;
Obtains management support for the recommended bid strategy. This includes financial, technical, operational, commercial considerations and contractual impact;
Analyses customer requests and designs a consistent solution in close coordination with the delivery team;
Identifies the project risks. Ensures strict delimitation of the scope of the projects in agreement with the delivery teams;
If required, presents the technical contents of the offers;
Once the sales have been made, transfers related knowledge to the managers in charge of project implementation.
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a technical field (IT or engineering);
Good knowledge or interest for software development processes and methodologies and / or IT infrastructure;
Proven experience in project management, delivery or presales;
Excellent English writing and speaking skill, good level of French written and spoken;
Creative and with a personal vision about the technical evolutions in his field;
