Your role As a Workplace Services Agent - First Line Support, you provide support to all Isabel Group internal users for all office applications You make sure that all employees of Isabel Group can work in their office environment in the most effective and efficient manner as to what regards software, Hardware, telephony, connectivity, printers, etc.

You implement and maintain the workplace's application landscape mainly based on Microsoft365 and Azure Active Directory You ensure that activities are conducted in accordance with organizational rules, processes and standards You anticipate necessary changes according to company strategy and cost controls You evaluate and recommend investments based on new technologies.

You ensure that unique solutions are used by all internal users and not specific solutions for each user You ensure the effectiveness of the workplace services department and associated risk management You execute the incident management for the office applications in line with ITIL and with the company-wide incident management processes Your profile As a first point of contact for all IT-related questions and office matters, you are your colleagues' experienced trouble-shooting practical hero and are appreciated for your skilled helpfulness Your sense of initiative, hands-on mentality and can-do attitude enable you to solve problems quickly and efficiently Office 365 holds no secrets for you.

In general, you love staying on top of the latest technological developments in IT You can help your colleagues in French, Dutch and English, and have advanced writing and speaking skills in all three languages You are sociable and service-oriented, helping colleagues at all levels of the organization really gives you professional satisfaction You are a team-player and are looking forward to collaborating with the other workplace services team members Why us ?
