The Account Manager will be in charge of the project management for different customers.
You are the contact person par excellence of our customers. You guide and advise them and make proactive proposals.
Thanks to your experience you know the challenges of customers like no other, you know exactly what (retail) marketing is about and with which means you achieve the best results.
You evaluate customer needs and you propose clear, operational communication strategies.
You maintain the relationship with your customers and you build a partnership based on trust.
You manage the budgets, organize the resources and coach your team.
You regularly provide feedback to the agency's management.
You create added value and formulate proposals at both creative and organizational level.
The Successful Applicant
You are Dutch or perfectly bilingual in NL / FR.
You have at least 5 years of experience in an agency or in the marketing department of a retailer.
You are strong in developing long-term relationships and you exude confidence. You inspire customers, think along and work result-oriented.
Your oral and written communication skills are flawless.
Interest in retail, digitisation and production processes are a must.
