Position Purpose

The Asset analyst has the helicopter view on a region’s control kpi’s, such as leakage and Cost of losses. He’s responsible of redefining the pro-

active approach needed to decrease the shortfall risks.

This will be obtained by defining and running a set of control processes and actively taking the lead in identifying and resolving root causes.

The Asset Analyst is also responsible for the improvement of existing and the development of new tools, processes and reporting suites that help the business more effectively control our assets or grow our business.

  • Maintain / improve a set of standard reports supporting the Customer facing departments (Field & Office) in the analysis and monitoring of their Customers’ performance.
  • To evaluate and adjust if needed the existing internal reporting mechanism in order to optimize SAP / BW characteristics.
  • To assist in the causal analysis on variances re. defined KPI’s / Alerts or other parameters for top X customers.
  • Support through analytical work different projects (tenders / new service offers / ) and follow up on agreed KPI’s or action points.
  • To control and secure on a continuous base the consistency in data output in SAP and undertake immediate action if needed.
  • Build strong professional relationships within the company.
  • Major / Key Accountabilities

  • Report comprehensively on country control targets, determine necessary actions to achieve the results.
  • Maintain / improve a set of control processes supporting the Customer facing departments (Field & Office / E & D) in the analysis and monitoring of their Customers’ performance
  • Lead the charge in risk reduction through control processes, root cause analysis & control reviews
  • Identify and implement efficiency gains across the business, ensure user acceptance through a process of change management
  • To assist in the causal analysis on variances for our largest customers / risks
  • Support projects in various departments through analytical work
  • Build strong professional relationships within the company
  • Participate actively in User Acceptance Testing for IT upgrades
  • Liaison between local Business and central teams to ensure regional requirements are taken into account
  • Qualifications

    Degree in business and / or equivalent work experience.
