ROLE DESCRIPTION

The role of Business Support Associate - Belux is a starting role in the EMEA North CSS (Cloud Success Services) Field Operations team, with real potential to grow further to a lead / regional position in the next years.

For this position we are looking for a young high potential, fresh from university or with limited work experience, with a big drive and sense of responsibility.

As Associate, you will gradually see your tasks and responsibilities grow. You will be heavily involved in business partnering with Sales, Delivery and Finance teams and will be working on several aspects of the Bookings and revenue forecast.

You will also play a key role in management reporting preparation and in providing a holistic business view to the Belux Services Management team.

Next to that you will also work on various strategic KPIs / projects.

Although you will formally report to Tom Pollet, Head of CSS Field Operations EMEA North, on a daily basis the Belux CSS Field Operations team-lead will steer and coach you.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

Master degree, preferably but not necessarily in Economics or Engineering.

Fluent in Dutch, French and English.

Although limited experience in the IT Services industry, either in finance, controlling, operations or project management can be a plus, it is not needed for this starting position.

Be able to work effectively in a matrix, fast moving & continually changing business environment.

Ability to proactively challenge business leaders in a supportive way to improve performance.

A high level of communication, presentation and influencing skills.

Analytical mind and action / result oriented.

Be a high achiever capable of problem resolution.

Have the drive and initiative to make a difference and become a trusted advisor.
