About the Role

We are looking for a Strategic Marketing Leader to join our Central Europe Regional Leadership Team. This is also an excellent opportunity for a career progression within Air Products.

Reporting directly to the Vice President for Central Europe and Uzbekistan (CERC) and managing a team of 20, you will be critical to driving accelerated growth through innovation, business development and performance management within the region.

You will be the key support to merger and acquisition projects. This is a key transformational leadership role; hence, we are looking for you our new inspiring and creative colleague, capable of driving results.

You could be situated in any of our key locations across the CERC region. The role is open to relocating candidates from other European regions as travel home at weekends is possible and would be supported.

As you will enjoy working with diverse geographies and cultures, the operating language will be English.

LOCATION : Anywhere in Europe

CONTRACT : permanent

As the Strategic Marketing Leader, You Will

Build, own and execute Air Products’ strategic road map in the region, including the build of a solid M&A pipeline and digital strategy.

Develop a KPI infrastructure to monitor performance against key deliverables (plan / budget / strategic objectives)

Own the pricing strategy for Air Products in this region - enhance profits and optimise margins, while aiming for overall process simplification and consistency of approach in sub regions

Lead and support portfolio programs in the countries to drive profitable growth focusing on improving the density of our business, higher value channels

Lead and support new products / segments and the introduction of these channels to our customer bases - existing and future

Ensure effective productivity programs are in place and continuously assessed, establish data driven performance management, equipping the business with enhanced data required to excel

As the Strategic Marketing Leader, You Already Are or Have

Educated to degree level or equivalent MBA

High-capacity multi-tasker - someone who enjoys the challenge of complexity and multi-stream working

Advanced marketing experience

Proven success in revenue, project, finance management

Self-confident with the ability to quickly drive the necessary results and projects and be able to overcome obstacles and maintain a clear determination to succeed

Adaptable and able adjust to significant change

Hands on’ leader able to engage, coach and inspire the team

Excellent communication skills

Familiarity with modern IT systems supporting business and commercial activities

Good business acumen and understanding of financial reporting
