As the System Integration Engineer within the Integrated Care Solutions (ICAS) team you are responsible for : The design, realization and the troubleshooting of complex system configurations .
Determining customer needs and conducting analysis on the workflow, system design, connectivity, integration, and migration;
Completing integration projects at the customer site. This includes both standard integrations (HL7, DICOM, IHE, web services, LDAP, SAML, .
as well as project-specific integrations; Providing assistance with the pre-sales, deployment, and support of projects for all aspects related to system integration and user authorization / management;
The full integration after the approval of the proposal. You work mainly at the office, but you will also move to pilot and customer sites;
Innovate and align with other team members to share best practices ensuring that everyone has the knowledge and expertise to meet current and future demands;
What you bring to the table : You hold a Bachelor or a Master degree in IT and have few years of experience preferably in the field of integrated services ideally within healthcare or in other IT areas;
Knowledge of healthcare-IT is an asset and IT standards in healthcare (HL7, FHIR, DICOM, IHE,...) is a bonus; You have a good understanding and skills in Linux, HW-platforms, and Java and you have user knowledge of user authentication and identification rules and systems.
You are able to work on multiple projects or issues and organize your time effectively to achieve your goals and objectives;
With your proactive approach you go the extra mile for (y)our clients; You are hands-on, eager to learn and proactive. You dare to challenge and ask questions;
You have strong communication skills (written and oral) in English, any other European language is an asset; You are willing to work beyond regular working hours and participate in a 24 / 7 on-call system;
