BELUX Recruitment Manager
In this role you will lead a team of IT recruiters and its daily operations, monitoring also their performance. You will be expected to work closely with the hiring managers of different departments and respective clients to cover diverse recruitment needs.
Your goal will be to ensure that we always identify and attract the best talent to meet our clients’ needs and drive better business results.
More specifically, you will
Supervise a team of IT recruiters located in Belgium and Luxembourg;
Redesign the recruitment process in Belgium and Luxembourg and ensure that it is being followed by all stakeholders;
Regularly follow-up and monitor the recruitment team to ensure that are aligned with companies’ processes and policies collaborating closely with HR department;
Ensure that all IT recruiters are adhering to and presenting the employer brand as a unified front for all candidates;
Explore market best practices and trends and adjust the recruiting strategy to optimize the efficiency of the recruiting team;
Create and execute multi-channel strategies to source candidates that meet clients’ profiles and / or building talent pools for current and future engagement;
Recommend ways to expand our professional networking and improve sourcing methods;
Coordinate with hiring managers to collect the hiring needs and forecast future needs;
Monitor overall recruitment needs in BELUX and properly distribute them to the recruitment team by setting also priorities;
Set team and individual goals and monitor their performance;
Act as mentor by train them and supporting their professional growth;
Keep track of and report recruitment metrics to the Head of EU Delivery.
BSc / BA in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources or relevant field;
Proven work experience as a recruiting manager, recruitment consultant or recruiting coordinator;
Solid experience with full cycle recruiting, talent acquisition methods and headhunting techniques;
Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Software (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS);
Advance knowledge of MS Office and Office 365 tools such as SharePoint and Teams;
Solid experience with the use of job boards, social media and other professional networks;
Knowledge of local employment / labor legislation;
Excellent command of French and English (written, oral);
Strong team management and leadership skills;
Highly self-motivated and methodical;
Aptitude in problem-solving and fast decision making;
Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills;
Strong ability to meet strict deadlines.
